Bruschetteria 102

Brunch brunch brunch! Saturday morning brunches are my favourite part of the day; mostly because I can never wake up early enough to have breakfast, and partly because there really is no better way to spend the first day of the sunny weekend than with sleeping in and food. Bruschetteria 102 is a cute little eatery located in Surry Hills and has become one of my many loves ever since I first discovered it a few months ago. I mean, who can resist good food, vintage furniture and hot Italian waiters?

Inside (notice the awesome yellow armchair)

All the furniture is vintage and is also for sale, which is great for recycling and also helps the place look different everytime!

This was the cupboard and guitar next to our table

I’m a big sucker for vintage leather suitcases, so I was so excited to see one placed subtly in the corner!

The very cute menu, place mat and cutlery set

Floral water jugs; very homely

Nutella Coffee (their trademark), $4 each

Alpina Bruschetta (from memory this is what it was called, I also forgot the price. I’m a noob I know.)

4 massive slices of bruschetta with prosciutto, melted cheese, pear, walnuts and vinaigrette dressing

Alpina Bruschetta, up close and personal

Pannacotta, $6

Vanilla pannacotta with sour berries and crumble

It’s a must try!
